Putting People First
On the Department of Health website there is a Putting People First toolkit that gives guidance to local authorities and their partners showing ways of putting forward the Putting People First agenda. Bringing together what we`ve learnt so far regarding Individual Budgets and the transformation of social care the personalisation/self directed support that we as service users Essex, hope one day to fully achieve.
